15 16 November 2011 Robe, Cape Jaffa and Kingston

Last night was a “little” crazy. We decided that Aiko needed her own Facebook page, so we set about creating it and then finding her a whole bunch of new friends. We had
so many laughs doing it, sometimes we had to stop just because of the fits of hysterical laughter we were in.  I know she will appreciate it. 🙂  She now has her own Facebook ID, aiko.woof, and her very own email address too!!

We had a fantastic night sleep, Aiko slept all night. It took her a bit longer than normal to settle down into the holiday routine.

When we cheked her email in the morning there were so many acceptances and one warning email from Facebook. Apparently they dont like it when you try to add lots and lots of people to your Facebook page, particularly when you don’t know a lot
of them, and some people (Maybe quite a few) mark your Friend Request
as Spam. So our quest to get Aiko 1000 Facebook friends by her 80th
birthday have slowed down! She now has 73 friends, in less than 24
hours. 🙂

Our day started at around 6:30, and by about 8am I had gone fishing, leaving Deb to relax with Aiko (lol I cleaned!!). It was really windy and choppy at the mouth of the lake
that I had caught the flathead a fews days before, apparently the fish didn’t like these conditions. I didn’t get a bite.

After cleaning up a bit, (that’s fishy smelling Greg), we headed off toward Kingston. We took the coastal road and called into Cape Jaffa. We walked out along the Jetty, for
an Aiko photo opportunity, and then for a drive around a very impressive (and expensive) looking marina housing estate. All it is missing is houses!!

From there it was a short drive up to Kinston and lunch at The Big Lobster, and another  Aiko photo opportunity. From there we went down to Lacepede Seafood to collect
another Cray. Nothing like having a freshly cooked cray put aside for you. 🙂

We got back to Robe mid-afternoon, put up the awning, and put a fews things away so we can have a hassle free get away in the morning, and then had a relaxing afternoon .

We hope to get home about lunchtime tomorrow, and have a couple of days to get ready to go to Normanville for another long weekend.

16 November 2011 Robe to Home

We got up around 6 ish this morning and took our time getting ready to leave. We were on the road by 7:20am and had a very uneventful trip home. We arrived home around 11am and were all unpacked and thinking of next weekend in Normanville by
noon. The caravan really does make this lifestyle easy.
