Australia  The East Bit   Day 23 Rollingstone  Qld  28 July 2016

We had a very quiet day today. When we woke we looked out the window and the sun was just rising, a beautiful sunrise. So we both went out to get some pics.  🙂Most of the rest of the day was spent around the CP and just taking it easy.

Took a drive this morning and did a bit of Ingressing. (Found out that the locals frequently use a “Yagi” to get to black spots – talk about keen 🙂 ) We aren’t that prepared, lol.

There was a fund raising bike ride for children’s cancer between Townsville and Cairns, there must have been at least 300 riders in groups of around 30 cyclists at staggered intervals, riding up the highway, the truckies must have loved it!!

Deb watched a couple of movies and played PoGo, the multi-tasking demon she is!!

It was low tide here around midday and the winds were onshore, so fishing just wasn’t going to happen, so I spent some of the afternoon doing the most of last of our forward booking of CP’s.

It is so relaxing doing this holiday thing.   Off to Bowen tomorrow via Townsville.  🙂
