Waiheke Island 8th April 2018

Had a lazy morning soaking up the views from our Airbnb, left about 11.30am and wandered the Main Street if Oneroa. It has a village feel, lots of cafes, upmarket shops and beautiful views over the bay. The sun was shining on another beautiful day in NZ.

Waiheke Island 6th April 2018

We had a late breakfast today, then packed up and headed over the road to the 11.30 ferry to Waiheke Island, a 40 minute trip. As we got ready to disembark Greg remembered we had forgotten to empty the safe! We obviously need more practice at holidays! ?

Our plan for the day, every day needs a plan! (according to Deb, I am more of a let’s  go out there and see what happens sort of guy 🙂 ) , was to make our way down to Innes National Park and do a bit of exploring. We did that and a whole lot more. Continue reading

Had a look what was on, booked Book of Mormon, has had great reviews.  Also booked high tea in Parliament House and a tour after, guess we are winging the rest!! Continue reading
