Home to Port Victoria Yorke Peninsula  199km

Today is our next to last day in New Nealand for this holiday. At 7:30 we were knocking on John and Georgie’s door to collect them and take them out to the airport for their flight to Auckland, and more adventures on their own for a few days. Continue reading →

We got off to a slow start today. Left the hotel at 9:20 and headed off for a bit of exploring.

Our day really got going at 7:30am, we hit the road to Picton, 148 km away to catch the 10:30 Interislander Ferry. We had to be there 1 hour before sailing time. Continue reading →

We started our day with a delicious organic breakfast, first a lemon, ginger and honey drink was delicious, (I have missed my lemon drinks first thing in the monring while we have  been here, will definately try the addition of ginger and honey when we get home)  there was freshly baked bread and rolls, Continue reading →
