We started the day with something REALLY unusual for us, we used public transport!! We got away from the CP around 8’ish, heading to the “famous” Eumundi Markets. Along with the Mindil Markets in Darwin, Paddy’s Markets in Sydney and the Queen St markets in Melbourne they have an aura about them that leads to a great expectation. Continue reading →

Hello 🙂  I managed to stay asleep until 5.30am this morning, I was very happy with that.    We went to the CP Laundry at 7.30am only to find all 5 washing machines working away.  You have to be early  in Caravan Parks to do your washing.    We had a bit to do.   Fortunately we managed to get it all on the line. We woke early again, not quite as early as yesterday, but still early. We are a bit disappointed that we can’t get TV reception here for channel 7, and so can’t see any of the Olympics until we get to Noosa, but I guess that’s another 1^st world problem! Continue reading →
